Teucrium scorodonia
‘Crispum Marginatum’

Most teucriums are sun lovers but here’s one that benefits from light shade. The wonderfull frilly foliage can reach 1 ft. tall and spreads by rhizomes to form a colony. The flowers are small and cream colored and not real showy. The leaf edges are ever so lightly beaded with white. Benefits from shearing back in late summer to produce a fresh batch of leaves for winter. Moderate to light watering. Deer don’t seem to eat teucriums.
