*Rosa californica 'Plena'
wild rose

Here’s a special rose not often found in the trade. Thought to be a cross between two native species, Rosa californica and Rosa nutkana. Forms a beautiful arching shrub easily 6 ft. tall and spreading to form a thicket. The foliage has a bluish cast, the flowers are dark pink, double and intensely fragrant. Prefers sunny areas with regular moisture. Good screen or living fence, erosion control and wildlife plant. Deciduous.
