Beautiful electric blue tubular flowers blush purple as they age. (Awesome with silver or maroon foliage as a neighbor). Low 12 - 18 inches tall plant with a loose, open habit. Blooming begins May-June. Easy and hardy, moderate water. Sun to light shade. Wonderful for front of borders.
