Molinia caerulea
‘Variegata’
variegated moor grass

A beautiful small ornamental grass perfect for lightly shaded areas. Creamy yellow-white striped variegated blades grow 12 - 18 inches tall and wide. The purple flowers rise 6 - 12 inches above the foliage and fade to a brownish color. The flower stalks are bright yellow, persistant and showy, but the foliage alone makes it well worth growing. Light shade and moist soils. Deer resistant.
