An awesome plant that can make quite a statement provided you have the room and water to accommodate it. Enormous lobed leaves on prickly stalks reaching 4 - 6 ft. tall and wide rise from coarse brown furry crowns. Flowers on green corncob shaped spikes grow beneath the leaves. Requires plenty of space and ample water with nutritious soils rich in organic matter. A striking focal point and conversation piece when its needs are met.
