Corydalis lutea

A handsome woodland plant, native to southern Europe. Forms a lacy mound of dainty divided leaves 12 inches or so tall and wide. Covered with many golden-yellow spurred flowers for a long period throughout the summer. Likes part shade with some moisture. Can seed about if happy.
