Ceratostigma plumbaginoides
dwarf plumbago

A perennial grouncover 6 - 12 inches high and spreading. Intense blue flowers begin in July and bloom until frost. The dark green foliage turns red in autumn providing a gorgeous contrast to the bright blue flowers. Cool full sun to light shade with moderate to regular water. Shear to the ground before new growth appears in the spring. Deer resistant.
