Ceratostigma griffithii
Burmese plumbago

Beautiful bright blue flowers, nice red autumn tinted foliage and deer tolerance are this plant’s claims to fame. Grows 2 - 3 ft. tall and wide in a season. Looks best if cut to the ground annually, despite its shrub-like appearance. Easy to grow, very adaptable. Sun, part shade, moist soils, and moderate water. Deer seem to leave it alone.
