Aucuba japonica ‘Rozannie’

Evergreen shrub with large glossy leaves and compact habit growing to around 4 ft. by 4 ft. Able to withstand dense shade, root competition and heavy soils. The flowers are small and maroon followed by large showy brilliant red fruits. Valuable addition to the woodland garden where it will thrive in various shades of shade, even the deepest shade. Requires protection from afternoon sun. Best with regular water.
